Working Principle:
It utilizes the differences in friction properties, heteroelectric properties, and dielectric series of materials. In a strong high-voltage electric field with an adjustable narrow gap of up to 70KV and a voltage difference of approximately 1.5MV/m, different objects are induced to carry different amounts of electric charge. Then, the mixed materials are sorted based on the differences in effective forces such as electrostatic discharge behavior, material gravity, and projectile motion speed. This working principle of the electrostatic separator ensures precise and efficient separation of various materials.The high-voltage generating device inside the equipment produces high-voltage static electricity and discharges to the grounded rotating roller. Materials are evenly fed onto the rotating roller through a dedicated feeding device. The stable high-voltage output of the electrostatic separation machine and the efficient feeding system contribute to consistent sorting results.Conductive materials, after being charged, discharge through the grounded rotating roller and are thrown into the conductive material hopper due to inertia. Non-conductive materials, due to their poor conductivity, are adsorbed on the surface of the roller and swept down into the non-conductive material hopper by a brush. Some conductive and non-conductive materials fall into the middle material hopper due to various factors and re-enter the feeding device for re-sorting. This cyclic sorting process of the high-voltage electrostatic separator ensures maximum separation efficiency and material utilization.
